What is going to happen to bus services when passenger numbers drop significantly?

In light of the decreasing passenger numbers that we are experiencing due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have amended many of our timetables with effect from Saturday March 28th so that services match the levels of demand. 


Will bus services return to normal once Covid-19 passes?

Yes, absolutely.


Are school buses running as normal?

School buses were originally cancelled from Monday 23rd March onwards – HOWEVER, we are now going to run all buses on Monday 23rd March, as requested by the local authorities, as a result of some schools now staying open for high-risk families. We will review this situation on Monday morning once we know what the demand is like. Keep an eye on our social media channels for updates.


What are you doing to keep your buses as free from infection as possible?

We are cleaning our buses very thoroughly and reviewing Government guidance daily.


What happens if I have hired a coach with you?

Our sales team will be in touch if you have booked a coach with us. Whilst we have cancelled international travel, we are still running some UK hire. It is likely that this will cease altogether soon, so please call us or email us if you have any queries.
